2nd PERIODIC EXAMINATION SCHEDULE and ROOM ASSIGNMENT
(OCTOBER 23-25, 2025)

GUIDELINES FOR EVERY EXAMINATION
(Online via LMS with Live Monitoring through Zoom)

  1. Schedule and Attendance

    • All students must log in to the Zoom meeting at least 30 minutes before the start of the examination.

    • Attendance and identity verification will be done before the exam begins. Latecomers will not be given extra time.

  2. Device and Internet Requirements

    • Use a laptop, desktop, or tablet with a stable internet connection.

    • Keep your camera turned on and your microphone on mute throughout the exam unless instructed otherwise.

  3. Examination Platform

    • The exam will be taken through the Learning Management System (LMS).

    • Make sure to log in using your official account and access the correct subject and section.

  4. Environment Setup

    • Take the exam in a quiet, well-lit area where your face is clearly visible on camera.

    • Backgrounds should be plain and free from distractions.

    • No other person should be in the same room during the examination.

  5. Academic Integrity

    • Strictly no cheating, no browsing other tabs, and no use of notes or phones unless permitted.

    • The Zoom monitoring will record the session for verification.

    • Any suspicious behavior may lead to exam invalidation or disciplinary action.

  6. Technical Concerns

    • In case of internet interruption or technical issue, immediately inform your teacher through the Zoom chat or LMS message.

    • Provide proof of connectivity issue (e.g., screenshot or timestamp) after reconnection.

  7. Submission and Time Limit

    • Follow the given time limit strictly.

    • Click “Submit” before leaving the exam page. Unsubmitted answers will not be counted.

  8. Behavior and Conduct

    • Maintain proper decorum during the exam. Avoid unnecessary gestures, movements, or communication with others.

    • Refrain from chatting in Zoom except for exam-related concerns.

  9. Post-Exam Reminders

    • Wait for your teacher’s confirmation before leaving the Zoom meeting.

    • Do not discuss exam questions or share screenshots after the test.

REMEMBER: Honesty and discipline reflect your integrity as a student. Follow all procedures carefully to ensure a fair and credible online examination.

SPECIAL EXAMINATION IS NOT PERMITTED UNLESS THERE IS VALID REASON PRESENTED. IF MEDICAL RELATED, YOU MUST PROVIDE A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE TO ALLOW YOU TO TAKE THE SPECIAL EXAM.
